Return Policy
Is your ELIRA Apparel item not quite right? Change your mind? We can help.
We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit in the contiguous USA, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and tags are intact and no animal hair. We love our fur-babies too, but we still need clean returns in order to re-sell.
EDITING A NEW ORDER
If you’ve just placed an order and you want to change it, our fulfillment team works fast, and a change may not be possible. You are welcome to contact us, but please understand we may not be able to stop it before it ships. If it’s already shipped, please wait to receive the item and then exchange it.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns can be submitted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item meets our return conditions. We offer free returns for exchanges/online store credit.
We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return doesn’t meet the conditions below.
- Merchandise being returned must be unwashed and unworn (except for trying on, of course!) and in new condition, with all tags still attached. Items that have no tags, or are clearly dirty, stained, smelly or scented with perfume or detergent, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used won’t be eligible for a refund.
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Original outgoing shipping is not refundable.
- Returns must be made through our Return Portal — we can’t track your return otherwise.
- Sale items marked FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS cannot be returned.
- Purchases placed from November 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, have a 30 day extended return window through February 1, 2023.
- After December 31, 2022, we will return to our standard 30-day return window. This means you must request a return within 30-days of receiving your order.
RETURN OPTIONS
Size Exchanges – FREE Return Label
Fit wasn’t quite right, and you need a different size? An exchange is your best option. Return shipping is on us!
You’ll receive a prepaid return label, and once USPS has marked your return package as “in transit,” we’ll ship the replacement size.
Store Credit – FREE Return Label
Not quite sure what you want right now? Turn your return into online store credit. Store credit is valid for two years, and just like an exchange, we’ll pick up the cost of your return shipping.
You’ll receive a prepaid return label, and once USPS has marked your return package as “in transit,” we’ll issue the store credit.
Return for Refund –
If you’re just returning your item(s) for a refund and don’t want an exchange or store credit, you’ll receive a return shipping label, and your refund will be processed back onto your original method of payment once your return is received and processed at our warehouse. For a refund to your original payment method, a shipping fee will be applied based on the cost of your shipping label. This will be between $7 – $15 based on your location and weight in the USA. We do not refund shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund total. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
