Shipping policy
Our products are shipped as quickly as we can from our distribution center, located centrally in the USA.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States for FREE. We will also ship internationally and left you a great chart to help you with your shipping selections.
Our first run of pants, after our successful Kickstarter campaign have an estimated ship date of Spring 2022.
The pants will ship out within 1-2 weeks of us recieving the delivery from the factory, but please expect possible delays, due to post covid. We are all in this together and are working very hard as a Startup. Our intention is to deliver to you , the best experience when nature calls! “Pee With Freedom”
Returns & Exchanges
We at ELIRA know the perfect fit may not
always happen on the first try. That’s why we always accept exchanges and returns within 30 days
First off, all returns must be new and in unused condition. This means no dog or cat hair because they slept on your returns.
Tags must still be attached
